Email dreamyphobicstudio@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you. Never send us your master password, your recovery code or any password from your vault. We will never ask for them.
Getting started
- Create an account in the web vault at everkey-prod.web.app. Save your recovery code somewhere safe when it is shown.
- Install the EverKey extension, click its toolbar icon and log in with your email and master password.
- On a site’s sign-in page, open the extension and click Fill next to a suggested login, or press Ctrl+Shift+L (⌘+Shift+L on Mac).
Common questions
I forgot my master password
Use Forgot master password in the web vault with the recovery code you saved when you created your account. EverKey never has your master password, so without the recovery code we can’t get you back into your vault.
EverKey asks me to unlock again
The vault locks after 15 minutes of inactivity, when your screen locks and when you close the browser. Unlock it with your master password.
EverKey didn’t offer to fill a login
Logins are suggested only on the exact site saved with them. Check the website address on the item in your vault.
How do I delete my account?
Email dreamyphobicstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. See the privacy policy for what we delete and when.
